The Domain name will be available only to the named receiver of the quote, for the stated period of time. We reserve the right to accept, and to service, back-up requests for price quotations during this five day period. You will be notified of back-up activity, if any. The quoted price, in most cases, will be a minimum of $1,150.00, and could be as much as $ 10,000.00 or more. All serious requests for price quotations on Domain names valued at more than $ 10,000.00 will be responded to only by telephone or by personal visit. We will telephone the number entered on the form below, at the times requested. We respond to only serious requests that are complete, verifiable and accurate. Untrue or unverifiable information may result in the submittal being deleted and/or ignored. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential. View our Privacy Policy HERE. Transactions are negotiated and accounts must be settled in United States of America dollars and are payable in advance, at the time of agreement, by prepayment account. We are proud of our long-standing record of confidentiality, maintained to protect the privacy of our international clients. The bulk of our revenue is from the acquisition and negotiated private placement, transfer and development of active Domain names and the assembly and transfer of mated set Domain name suites, also for private clients. We reserve the right to reject any Domain name transaction of any kind, whether purchase, sale, or transfer, without our providing any reason or justification, whatever. Due to an active Domain name market, and limited availability, the value and price of CubaDomainsForSale.com listings is re-evaluated often and frequent changes are made, without notice, as our private portfolio and roster of listed Domains evolves. There is no notice given as to sale, value and/or price change of a listed Domain name, with the single exception of those in the three day or the five day "window", as outlined above, stated in writing, with appropriate acknowledgement, in writing, also as above. Similarly, there is no notice given of changes in these terms and conditions. Domain Registrant (owner) changes, and notification thereof, normally take three to five business days. However, for safety reasons, in the event that a Change of Registrant request is submitted for a Domain name that has been registered for less than 60 days, processing will be delayed until the Domain registered for a 60 day period.
